Whatever it is you set your mind out in doing involves taking a specific action or actions to get there. There are also time when venturing out on a new project and there is a specific period of time that we ‘do our homework' prior to starting and then we step off. One thing I have found to sometimes impede progress is this ‘doing homework' stage. This can apply to anything be it business, fitness, or personal goals and projects and is especially true to something new to us that hasn't been done before.
