It is necessary to stay competent in whatever job we perform. Leaders have to inspire and motivate people in order to maintain the enthusiasm levels and for staying goal-oriented. Maintaining discipline in day-to-day functioning of organizations is very important. Lack of discipline results from a careless attitude. Leaders though, have to be empathetic and understanding towards their employees, any kind of indisciplined behavior should not be tolerated. A disciplined workforce saves a lot of time and money as well. A person who stays accountable for what he does, can make a lot of progress in his professional, as well as personal life.
